In February 2022, Investing in Women (IW) and its partners—the Indonesia Business Coalition for Women Empowerment, Philippine Business Coalition for Women Empowerment, and Vietnam Business Coalition for Women’s Empowerment—commissioned surveys in Indonesia, The Philippines and Vietnam, analysing the state of private sector employees after a period of living with COVID-19.
Following the December 2020 survey, the latest survey sought to understand the impact of the pandemic on productivity, working arrangements, home lives and finances of private sector employees after almost two years of living with COVID-19.
These fact sheets summarise the findings around changes in productivity, mental and physical health, employers’ support, finances and home lives. They also include brief recommendations on how employers can better support their employees.
