The report highlights the crucial role of transparent and accountable corporate practices in enhancing business performance and competitiveness, and it calls for more robust and detailed gender-specific data to better evaluate the progress towards gender equality in the corporate sector. The report was developed through a collaboration between PhilWEN, Philippine Business Coalition for Women Empowerment (PBCWE), UN Women WeEmpowerAsia, and Investing in Women.
