The Indonesia Business Coalition for Women Empowerment (IBCWE) is a coalition of companies who are committed to promote women’s economic empowerment and gender equality. Our mission is to support business to optimize its role in enhancing women’s economic empowerment and gender equality.
IBCWE’s members believe that business, along with government and civil society, has a key role to play in reducing inequalities, tackling poverty and achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. For this reason, they came together in December 2016 to establish IBCWE, bringing together high profile Indonesian companies to promote women’s economic empowerment and gender equality.
