Summary
Workplace gender equality (WGE) is key to having a successful business. In this video, a successful and resilient company is described as innovative; one with diverse and adaptable employees; and has dynamic, productive teams, high employee engagement and an outstanding reputation— among others. It is a company that people want to work for, buy from and invest in. These may be achieved through practising WGE.
This video aims to provide a thorough understanding of WGE in the context of the work of the Business Coalitions (BCs). It includes interviews with BC member companies, with insights on how WGE has influenced the way they work and helped their businesses progress.
