Wita is an international development professional with 20 years of experience working with multilateral organisations, bilateral donors and NGOs. She spent 13 years in the Australian Aid, managing a diverse budget portfolio, including big-value, multi-component basic education program, governance and bureaucratic reform program. Wita has also held various senior roles in managing community development program in the urban areas; a public-private partnership in the agriculture, natural resource management and social forestry programs; and supporting government and community in the emergency and post-emergency contexts.
Wita holds a Master degree in Social Anthropology from Monash University. She is also a certified professional trainer in management. Wita is passionate about developing young people to be future-ready and this leads to her involvement in a small project focusing on school improvement program with her alma mater.
